Your host
My name is Dan. I live in Post Falls. My son and I went in together to buy this home so that we can provide a place for traveling nurses and professionals and also a little side income for him. Since we first stepped foot in the home we knew it would make a great furnished rental being so close to the Valley Hospital. We trust that you'll enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
When we originally saw the property we knew it was the right one. The private road and quiet, safe neighborhood makes it a great mid-term rental. Also, the home is in a great central location to all that Spokane Valley has to offer from restaurants, to gyms to grocery stores.
What makes this property unique
Our property is on a private road 5 minutes from the freeway and just about everything you'll need. It has a private back patio with firepit that is completely fenced. It has a 2 car detached garage with door opener. Granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen and in the bathrooms. The 2 bathrooms each have heated floors and the living room has a gas fireplace for those colder nights. The front porch has a bistro table and chairs for early morning coffee. Great location and great price. Don't miss out.
