900 sq ft 1 bedroom Apt with views, FREE EV charging, free off street parking

This is a completely remodeled 900 sq ft daylight basement with a beautiful Kitchen and a Private entry. The private driveway has enough space for multiple cars, RV, and/or trailer. We even have a 30 amp charging station for your electric car, and a dump station if you bring an RV for extra guests. Extra guests are only $5 each!

The brand new queen bed has a nice cushy mattress cover. The bedroom has a nice fireplace wall heater, and the big room has a fireplace heater to make it nice and cozy.

The big room has a bunk bed and single bed, and one of the couches is a daybed,

We provide wii games and free wifii. We have lots of cards and games ! Let us know what you would enjoy, and we might have it!

The kitchen is fully stocked but let us know if we missed anything!

Walk out your private key less entry to hiking trails. Weight set lets you keep up your exercise routine.

Pull up electric and usb outlets allow for quick phone charging and playing music from your phone or Ipad without need for your wall charger.

Cleaning products like Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, lysol disinfectant spray, toilet cleaner, and paper products have always been provided, so we are always stocked up. Even though we do a complete and thorough cleaning between bookings, we give you the products to take the cleaning an extra step if you desire.

We are 25 minutes from downtown Spokane, 45 minutes from Mt. Spokane Ski Area, 1 hour from Silver Mt. Ski Resort, and 1 1/2 hours from Schweitzer Ski Resort or Lookout Ski Resort.

Please note that all payments must be processed using the HomeAway payment system, and only for the exact amount. Any request to pay using a different method or for a different amount will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Overall it was good for our needs. Very old place, but i guess thats what makes it cheaper. Also, It was noisy in the mornings when they would vacuum, but again, its lower cost so you get what you pay for.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location with a very comfortable accommodations. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here for Hoopfest weekend and it was perfect!!!! Everything we needed was supplied!

Best Stay Ever

The hosts Jerry & Angela were very kind and helpful & the book they had with recommendations of nearby restaurants & grocery stores and instructions for the WIFI and TV was really thoughtful. We had a suite all to ourselves that was really quiet & cool (even though it was very hot outdoors -95degrees F- during our stay). There's a tankless hot water heater, so as much hot water as anyone could want. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a toaster, waffle maker & blender. We can't wait to stay here again next year when we travel to Spokane!

Great people.

We chose this place due to the location. We used the kitchen and our hosts extended a helping hand with some special utensils to make our stay more trouble free. Great place, quiet and picturesque.

Owners where very helpful and agreeable. Was a clean and comfortable environment. It might be only a one bedroom, but it also had three other beds in the general living space, which worked very well for us and our kids. Had to bring our own food, but it's not listed as a bed and breakfast. Was not a big deal for us...was actually preferable. Was nice for us price wise to, cause of our family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet & just what I was looking for

I needed an affordable place to stay for a wk w/ a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out. This place was perfect! I spent all day & evening at the table outside under the covered deck enjoying the view, nice weather & beautiful sunsets. The hosts had info on area grocery stores, laundry & dinning. We were even able to check in a little early which was super helpful! Would stay again.

Great extended stay

Property was great. Big and comfy! Got a flat tire second day and Jerry was so kind to let us use their vehicle to go into town to get our tire fixed! He was very kind and everything we needed was all there for an extended stay. Little scary on the mountain going up in the snow, make sure you have 4 wheel drive if staying during winter months or snowy weather! Other than that everything was wonderful!!

The location, private driveway, and view were great. Couches could most definitely use an update. The descriptions and pictures made it look and sound like there were toys and stuff for our kids to play with so I didn’t plan ahead and bring any for them while we stayed but there was only one toy for them. The shower is tiny and not very kid friendly but we made it work. Even though there were spider traps in the house, there were bugs and spiders in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall it was a good experience the description and pictures are just a little misleading.

Practical family place in a great location

We were a family group with one toddler. The setup was very practical for our family group. This including all the basics needed for meals, entertainment and a good night's rest. It is a clean place in a great neighborhood and a nice view. The location is close to the heart of Spokane Valley and also not far from central Spokane. Everything was as advertised, and I'm glad we were able to stay here.

Lovely Location

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. daylight basement with views out over the valley and far mountains. Owners were very responsive to our questions/requests. the trail down the street led to a very peaceful wild area that I definitely want to revisit and explore more. large central kitchen for cooking, eating and gathering. we didn't try the grill. The beds were all comfortable for adults. It is a basement of someone's house, so you hear noises like footsteps and dogs. Some thought the shower was too small; I didn't mind.

Vacation like atmosphere, home like conditions

We stayed here for about a week waiting for our house to close, upon moving to Spokane. The location made it feel more like we were on vacation. we appreciated that there were so many actual beds, so that everyone had a place to sleep. From the kitchen, to the access to Netflix, we felt that we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the chickens and the farm fresh eggs, and were often greeted by deer in the morning in the evening. Hosts were very accommodating, and easy to communicate with.

It was a great spot with everything you need. Some updating could be nice but overall we had no complaints and would absolutely stay again when in the area. Our boys loved the weight set, beds and fresh chicken eggs. First time we have stayed at a property that the hosts that live on property as this is a downstairs apartment but that was no issue at all and actually comforting when we were gone. Great views and great neighborhood. About 15-20 min from downtown.

Retreat in the Hills

My wife and I had the privilege to spend 9 nights at this property and enjoyed the country atmosphere with all the peace & quiet hoped for, plus a lovely view! The chickens on the property were a bonus for us, along with the various birds, squirrels and deer. Although there were only the two of us, it would be ideal for a family as well. Although not bad, the space could use a bit of refreshing; newer living room seating for comfort and perhaps some extra cleaning for such things as cupboards, fridge & BBQ. All-in-all, we enjoyed the experience.
