Enjoy your space! 3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths provide enough comfort and privacy for up to 8 guests. Enjoy your private front balcony with outdoor furniture and views. The condo is professionally cleaned between each guest. Rentals are to a related family only. We do not rent to unrelated groups, and never to an "under 25" group.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located just over one block from the beach, the Wildwood boardwalk, and the Wildwood convention center. The 200 block of E. Baker Ave. is a quiet one way residential street. This is the perfect place to stay for all of your convention center events all year round. Park the car and walk to where you need to be. It's close!

There is parking for two vehicles on the property - one in the garage and a second vehicle in the driveway in front of the garage. You will share the garage with your upstairs neighbor. You will each keep to your own side. This condo is in a "walk-to-everything" location. You will park and you won't need to move your cars at all.

Guests will provide their own linens, bath and beach towels, personal products (soap, shampoo), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and basic consumable kitchen supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge or dish cloth, etc. Every bed has a mattress pad, a comforter or spread, and the pillows. You will just need the sheets. Bed sizes are as follow: 1 KING and 3 QUEEN. Bring your own things from home, or rent them from one of several agencies on our island. I can help you with this after booking.
