This home is all about comfort of modern living, 4 individual king suites with ocean views. 1 bedroom with 4 queen bunk beds . 12–15-foot ceilings throughout house, 12ft tall sliders opening to pool/beach. Beautiful chef kitchen with high end appliances with a 20ft long kitchen island. Cozy large sectional couch sitting in Livingroom.
Step out into the courtyard to enjoy a full-size Pickle ball court and a pool with hot tub. Beautiful dessert like landscaping.
Ocean side patio offers you an outdoor stainless BBQ kitchen, outdoor dining, firepit with pillows/blankets, large infinity pool and hot tub.
All Bedrooms include down comforts and pillows, smart TV's and mini spilt A/C. Source of heat is a large propane fireplace in main living room.
