With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern baths, this 2,650 square foot condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Inside, you'll find the large, fully equipped kitchen with a quartz island with seating for 4. Kick back and unwind in front of the Smart TV with ROKU streaming, featuring Spectrum cable for your entertainment pleasure. Stay connected with the work space and enjoy cozy evenings with the gas fireplace. Relax in style on the screened-in porch, or unwind on the covered patio with comfortable seating for 5-6. Enjoy the resort's amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub and gym, as well as outdoor tennis court and kids play area.

This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
