4 dudes spent 3 nites here and it was spot on great. So close to the ski resorts we went to 3 days in a row.Hot tub afterwards on the back porch was fine. Highlight was the ability to call while we were looking for the exact unit and the owner answered the phone instantly and helped us out. Will definitely try to stray there again next year!
What a great location for the Cottonwood canyons! The unit was big, had a lot of space, plenty of beds, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. The hot tub was clean and convenient, and the kitchen was completely functional. The unit is showing its age a little bit, but it’s a great value. Thank you so much!
Perfect number of beds, kitchen could’ve been better equipped & cleaner, plenty of towels, hot tub was nice and hot (no bubbles), garage was nice to have
Our family had an amazing time at this property. It was close to everything. Nice park right there next to the property. We had an amazing mini vacation.
This was a great place for our 2 families to stay while skiing local mountains. We found it very convenient to Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/ Brighton, plus close to grocery stores. We used the hot tub nightly, and were able to comfortably watch a movie one of the nights.
The house was perfect, it was clean and had lots of room. The hot tub was nice to come back to and relax in after a long day of walking around. It was easy to find and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was a great place to stay!
House was great for our family. Had everything we needed. Close to the ski resorts and to grocery, shopping, hiking and basketball courts. Jacuzzi on the deck was wonderful. Right next to a great park perfect for walking the dog! House was comfortable with great storage. Would definitely stay again.
In for the weekend for Gymnastics competition. Easy drive to Mountain America Exposition Center. Close enough to everything we needed and tons fo space. Easy-peasy. In and out.
Accurate listing. Decently stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. Good social and personal spaces. Super close to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Very responsive property owner. Clean place. Would stay again.
We enjoyed a great week of skiing! The condo offered plenty of room for our family of seven adults. Super clean and comfortable with everything we wanted. The host, Drew, was great!!
Very helpful and proactive. Highly recommend for a ski vacation with short drives to skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Great location, good house, furniture was 50-60 years old, mattresses not much younger the bed spreads were 50 years old, hot tub jets were barely working, garbage and recycle dumpster had not been emptied for several months, garage was dirty, back deck needs to be replaced the boards were cracked and broken nail heads sticking up. Won’t stay here again
This home was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and two children. Two twin beds were not used. The rooms are large and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The location is between Bug and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It’s a safe and beautiful area. We enjoyed eating at the nearby Porcupine Restaurant. We had Walmart deliver our groceries. Everything was so convenient.
We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home over Christmas break! The house was even bigger than we expected and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. We are a family of 4 and we didn’t even use the downstairs as the upper two floors were extremely spacious! It had everything we needed to make the week comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking Christmas dinner a breeze. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after long days of skiing, and the location couldn’t have been better—it’s perfectly positioned for easy access to multiple ski resorts. The host was super responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We truly had a fantastic time and were completely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an amazing getaway!
I came out from Minnesota for a Mtn bike trip. Drew was the property manager. I had a few questions for him & he was responsive & answered my questions immediately. The town home was amazing, very large, hot tub on the deck & a quiet area at the base of the mountains. I will definitely try to rent that same place again next time I come out. I hope that Drew is still the manager, he was very pleasant to deal with.
My husband and I traveled to Utah to adopt our baby boy, and we needed a place to call home for 19 days. This place was everything we needed and more. The location alone was absolutely perfect. The beautiful mountains are literally in the backyard! The kitchen has everything you need, so you don’t have to go out to eat every meal. While we waited for baby to arrive we were able to hike, shop, sit in the hot tub, go for walks at the park right down the street, and even walk to the grocery store (it’s that close!). Drew and Chrissy were so accommodating. Preparing for a baby in a home that is not your own can be extremely stressful, but they made it so easy (even ordering a new pack and play that had a bassinet for our new bundle!). We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for our first “home away from home” in Cottonwood Heights. Definitely a must stay!
