Enjoy easy access to everything in this NOLA style 4 bed / 4 bath just 2 blocks to the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac w/ parking for up to 5 vehicles. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tv, and walk in closet! Centennial Plaza just east of the property has a restaurant and Wine Bar. Work space in laundry area with a tv you can usb connect to your computer for dual monitors or a quiet space to work. 2 large porches for enjoying coastal breezes…80’s style game room! Perfect place to unwind!

There is a pool and spa area being built on the lot next door that belongs to this house. The pool and spa are completed and heated and available year round. The outdoor area will have a pergola/outdoor seating area coming soon as well. Photos of pool and spa have been uploaded here - photos of finished area will be added once everything is completed. Should be completed by April 20, 2024

This was a great spot to vacation. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very spacious. Communication with property manager was excellent. We will stay here again.

A Great Gulf Coast Experience!

This is a well-maintained home. We were very impressed with the spaciousness of this property. All of us were very comfortable in our own bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room for grocery storage. We especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub - daily. The location has easy access to local services, restaurants and area attractions. Our stay here really added to an overall memorable experience in Mississippi!

New Year’s Getaway

Excellent property and location. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we did not have time to stay longer. Everything was clean and we did not need anything. Why they chose this property

Burton is a great little cul-de-sac area just off of 2nd Street, which is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are historic homes near this area that have been renovated and many new construction homes. It is a very quiet area where you'll see many retirees walking their dogs or going for a walk/jog when the weather allows when you're driving up and down 2nd.

What makes this property unique

This property has all of the New Orleans style flair but only a block from the beach. It is a very short drive to downtown (no more than 5 minutes) and also very close to Biloxi as well. The very high end finishes and en-suite bathrooms make for a luxurious experience with all the privacy you're looking for. The large porches are perfect for enjoying coastal breezes and quiet time. There is also an 80's style arcade area downstairs with Ms Packman game and Pop-a-shot basketball toss.
