With two fully furnished kitchens and livingrooms, and two seperate deck areas this home is the perfect getaway for your large and extended family stays.
Enjoy the full upstairs and downstairs private units of this spacious 4000+ sq ft two unit home, with exceptional detail and upgrades. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on one of two private balconys or some S'mores over the campfire in the back yard.
Home is centrally located just 26 minutes from Mackinaw City, Cheboygan or Petoskey. 18 minutes to popular Harbor Springs Ski Resorts.

* Both Upper and Lower unit Duplex. Private entrance to each unit, with an interior door connecting both units. Does require a full flight of stairs to reach upstairs unit. Upstairs Home does NOT have a wheelchair accessible entrance. There are a few stairs required to get into the lower unit as well.
