Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy resort condo less than half a mile from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

-Lower level entrance- Approximately 11 steps down to front door
-View of Lake Taneycomo and dam from the back porch
-Access to Lake Taneycomo two blocks away
-Charcoal grill provided for outdoor use (grilling supplies not provided)

Pointe Royale no longer allows boat or trailer parking within the neighborhood.

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*One dog under 25 pounds allowed.
*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

Great place to spend with family! The place was super clean and stocked with everything you need to stay comfortable. The host was very responsive. I wish we had more time to explore all of the accommodations the golf resort has to offer, but I guess we will have to book it again!

The condo was spacious! Unfortunately, the hot water tank was not large enough to accommodate 4 guests to take showers back to back. The lighting is very deam through out inspite of several lamps in every room. Location is convenient and the view is grand.

Great Trip

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The amenities at the complex were great-the kids especially liked the playground by the the river. We took our dog on the wooded trail nearly every day! Thanks for a great place in an especially good location!

We love staying in Pointe Royale. The neighborhood and ammenities are nice and the location is great. Marshall Properties is a great one to rent from at Pointe Royale! We have stayed in several of their units.
