*It sleeps 6 and features 2 spacious king master suites and full bathrooms with deep jetted tub/shower combos. (Step stools provided if needed in each bathroom)

*This spacious living space has a comfortable new queen sofa sleeper, loveseat and recliner. Additional full air mattresses are in each bedroom closet if needed.

*This lower lever corner condo is so quiet and perfectly placed to accommodate families. No stairs or inconveniences. You can’t beat the views.
*The kitchen is a full service area that feels like home and has the amenities you need. We are completely a smoke free home (including the sunroom and deck patio space). We love our pets but this is a pet free home.

*The indoor sunroom on the way to the outside deck is a lovely place with a waterfront window view to have a cup of coffee on our rocking glider loveseat or rest and read a book. It’s a perfect place to escape the heat or a warm spot to view the lake in the winter.

*The outdoor deck is a perfect place to soak up the view, play games in the sun and even walk right off and drop a fishing line in the river down the rocks. You can paddle board, kayak, sit on the river or plan activities on the greenbelt. It’s a perfect location on the mouth of Fall Creek and the bank of the river. Fall Creek Marina is literally steps away where you can rent an beautiful pontoon or smaller fishing boat, rods and reels. The crew down there will get you equipped for the day down the river. You can go almost 18 miles down the river sightseeing or dropping a line for rainbow or brown trout.
