Walk 'on into this western inspired home after your long drive and relax and take a load off your mind (and feet) as you watch the picture box in the relaxing family room, or if you feel a rumbling coming on, head on into the kitchen where there's plenty of elbow room for the cook, the helper and even the tasters, to make your homemade grub. Don't forget to put away your cold drinks in the beer and wine cooler and your fixings in the spacious refrigerator. There's even a built-in icemaker located in the island! In the morning, you will find a fully stocked coffee bar to make sure you are ready and raring to go for the day's adventures.

If you're not heading out or just coming back to wind down, take a quick wander to the entertainers dream and dip your toes and tan your hides in the cool, refreshing, crystal clear pool where you will find plenty of chairs and loungers, pool side to soak up the sun. You'll be sure to make your friends back home jealous of your golden Havasu tan. Enjoy a tasty BBQ and frosty beverage under the several covered areas that will keep you shaded and having a great time well into the night while you marvel at the beautiful Arizona sunsets.

You and your buckaroos will never be bored with the vast array of outside games - Ladder game, corn hole, ping pong, lawn bowling, dart boards for adults and kids, putting green, fire pit for winter nights, and the list goes on!

After your fun-filled day on the lake, visiting the many shops and restaurants in our beautiful little town, or the great day hanging out and enjoying the pool, you'll be ready to bunker down in one of four spacious bedrooms. All with clean, comfortable, beds and TVs. The main bedroom has a king size bed and saloon doors that lead to a full bath with a clawed tub and separate shower with wine barrel sinks. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed located on the other side of the house with a shared hall and full bath to the third bedroom. The fourth bunk room has a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full on the bottom. This room leads to the back yard.
