This Fun Tropical property is a nicely decorated 4 bedrooms, 2 bath 1,800 sq ft. single story home. It is located on Cosnina Drive and is only about 2 miles from the London Bridge, Lake and Marina. It is the perfect location to get to the Lake or Downtown quickly! This awesome vacation home has a Jacuzzi spa, a new Baja Shelf Pool and 2 very cool, carved tall tiki-totem palm trees in front. The backyard is large & has a good-sized covered patio area with ceiling fan and BBQ. There is a spacious game room where you can overlook the sparkling pool through the Glass Slider while shooting a game of pool. The Kitchen/Dining Room has an Open-Air feeling w a large Kitchen Counter Bar, Bar Stools, & a Glass Slider overlooking the refreshing pool and backyard. There is Boat & RV Parking on the side of the house, and also good-sized parking on the driveway, and along the front of the property. Free WiFi internet, Roku TV, & HDTV Satellite Antenna TV for local channels. Great amenities & location for an Awesome Vacation! ***Garage is locked off April - September unless previously arranged with Owner. This would include the ping-pong table but the pool table is available year round. Sleeps 10 - Beds are as follows: Master Bedroom = 1 King Bed, Bedroom 2 = 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 = 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 4 = 1 Bunk Bed (Full over Full) Each full can accommodate 2 people. It's best sleeping 2 kids on each full bunk, or sleeping 1 adult on each full bunk. ** If you sleep 2 people on each full bunk then the home sleeps 10 in beds. However, if you sleep 1 adult on each full bunk the home sleeps 8 people in beds. We do have 2 very comfortable fold-up futon mattresses in the hall closet, but GUEST MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BEDDING FOR THESE MATTRESSES!! Sleeping bags work well on top of the fold-up futon mattresses. We start you out with 3 rolls of toilet paper, & a roll of paper towels. Laundry pods, dish soaps, & soap at each sink are provided. Showers have body wash, shampoo & conditioner. There is a hair dryer for your use. There are also napkins and coffee filters provided. Winter Guests may need to provide some of these items depending on their length of stay. Owner is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay, only a text or phone call away!! No Property Manager or Middle Man to deal with. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for the safety & protection of our Home & our Guests. Additionally there is a Wynd device in the home to detect indoor smoking, vaping & alerts if noise rises above the City Ordinance Limit. Tampering in any way with the Security Cameras or Wynd device will result in a charge to repair or replace the damage done, including Service Call fees. These cameras are located in the front driveway, each side of the house & in the backyard overlooking the pool. We want you to enjoy your vacation and have your privacy so do not monitor them regularly, unless we have a reason to.
