Located just west of the Banco Nacional in Flamingo, Coral 1 is a short walk to the beach, where the brand-new Marina Flamingo is located. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, an excellent grocery store, a hardware store, a medical clinic, and two banks. If you enjoy longish walks on the beach, you’re within a short walking distance of the new marina and downtown Flamingo, where there are multiple restaurants and shops.

Inside, the apartment has been adorned with beautiful photos taken by a noted Spanish photographer and paintings by local artists. The living room's modern sofa and large TV make for the perfect area to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen has white cabinets, black quartz countertops, and a center island. The kitchen also features a rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils.When mealtime rolls around, gather around the gorgeous cedar table for family-style meals.

Also inside, you'll discover two spacious bedrooms, both with additional roll-out twin beds when additional sleeping quarters are needed. Both of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and boast ample storage space. The bathroom's square sink, walk-in shower, and lovely mosaic wall ensure your daily routines will get done with ease.
