About this property

Whether you're coming to the Twin Cities for a long work trip, bringing your entire family to the MN State Fair, or just wanting to visit your U of Minnesota college students, this laid back 3 bedroom house is a great spot to temporarily call home. Only minutes from St Paul/Minneapolis downtown, the MN State Fairgrounds, and the U of M. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. You'll have full access to everything in this furnished home, including kitchen & laundry.
The space
This 2000-sq-ft fully furnished house has three spacious bedrooms, two large living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a formal dining room, a full size bath, and free washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house all to themselves.
Other things to note
There are plenty of free street parking in front of and next to the house, besides parking in private driveway. Bicycles are also available for rent if you like to bike to the State Fair or just around the area to explore.
There is a bus stop down the street from us, plus a major bus hub at the Rosedale mall and Raymond Station on the light rail—both a few minutes drive away.

We've been hosting for several years, though new to VRBO, and have really enjoyed all the interesting people we've met and getting to know some of their story.
