This apartment has been beautifully furnished to accommodate guests with kids & pets. We have two large bedrooms, each with a large wall mounted television, as well as a new spacious bathroom with walk in shower & fully equipped kitchen with brand new Samsung Bespoke appliances. The unit also has a new large capacity washer and dryer in the unit.

It was a great space for our family reunion over the Holidays!

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It is older and it may struggle a little with electricity demand of large groups. We had a group of 6 with one teen.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed each other's company sound the table that seated our group perfectly. Things were a little ambiguous about Guest expectations, though. We had a few kinks during our stay with Wi-Fi not working because we didn't have a WiFi password until 3 days puJZand a small power outage. I think if there were a Guest Guide of things like recycling, trash, what to do when checking out would clarify questions.

Thanksgiving with family

My wife, 2 kids (both in college), our dog and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had a great time. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds very comfortable and the fenced in yard was excellent for the dog. We felt the neighbor hood very safe and would stay there again. The communication with the owner was excellent as well which makes the stay that much more relaxing.
