This house is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy access to get into Denver. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times.

The inside was very clean. However, the outside was not. There was trash in the driveway and back yard and when we arrived the grass was about 10 inches tall.

Wonderful place and excellent host! Surrounded by ample retail amenities and easy access to Colorado staples, this place is wonderful and has everything you need! Host was prompt and accommodating with every question and request. Would highly recommend this place!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, cozy, quiet, etc. My two friends and I stayed a night here to celebrate my friend getting married and the house was perfect for that. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay around northglenn area!

Nice place

Pros: Very clean, beautiful kitchen, nice location, host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Price point is great.Cons: What isn’t posted is this is a duplex with renters on the first floor, and they were a little loud at night, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The interior was clean and beautiful . The Kitchen had almost everything you need for cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay . The only complaint we really had was the back yard had garbage laying around and the grill was not use able. not

The listing was inaccurate and when i reached out to the host all they had to say about it is that they would check with vrbo to see if it mistakenly listed a hot tub. That was the filter i used to find their place so it was definitely in the listing.

Clean and good neighbood however...

Really cute stay, clean, etc. However, the listing is innacurate. There is no hot tub, although it states there is under "amenities". This was one of our main reasons for booking here, so if that's what you're looking for- look elsewhere. Additionally the downstairs renters were obnoxiously loud. Blasting music at 8am, yelling, babies screaming. It's super easy to hear everything, so not super private.

This property is beautifully decorated with ample amenities. We loved having two bedrooms and the large kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and eating in when we didn't feel like going out.The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, gas stations and the expressway. Everything was thought out carefully and our host was quick to respond to any question.
