What a set up - lakefront property boasting water views from every room in the house, plus an air conditioned treehouse with 3 bunks + futon, and panoramic lake window view, just steps from the water! This renovated lake house is situated between Lake Karen and Keystone Lake in Odessa, FL - 20 minutes from airport, 25 minutes from Downtown Tampa / Clearwater. Enjoy the 12x30 2nd story covered deck that overlooks the lake, or kick back and read in the nook or loft, or play games with family and friends. Light a fire for s'mores, or use the jacuzzi, outdoor shower, or grill. Loft area for dedicated laptop work overlooks the lake. The house has a triple bunk, queen, king, and queen pullout sleeping arrangements, with inflatable mattress too, plus the treehouse sleeps 5! Upstairs laundry, 20+ ft ceilings, reclaimed cedar beams with cable railing for the perfect mix of classic and modern! 75" Amazon Smart TV; TVs in each bedroom. Includes 4 bikes to ride around the neighborhood! Sleeps 14 with treehouse... which can be included for a modest $70 per trip cleaning fee. Or inquire about also renting the separate ground level apartment (if not already rented) for a total of 18 sleeping spots, or even hooking up your RV or EV with 50amp service, water, and septic hookups! This house is amazing and very nicely appointed. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of nice bedding and comfortable pillows/mattresses. The backyard is awesome. The canoes, treehouse, hot tub, and dock will entertain any outdoor enthusiast. The hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a nice retreat, this is it!
