Brand-new lake cottage just steps away from beautiful Lake Erie! Located in new Waterview community at Baypoint Resort and Marina, Marblehead, Ohio. Three bedroom and two full bathrooms. Sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 additonal twin mattresses and an air mattress. Brand new appliances including a Washer and Dryer. Full kitchen with oven airfryer, microwave, coffee, toaster, and blender. All three bedrooms have smart TV’s and Wi-Fi. Pull out queen sofa bed in family room. Beautiful screened in front porch with view of the bay, overlooking community pool with grills. Two parking spots behind cottage. Home will be fully equipped with linens, hair dryer, kitchen/cooking items/dishes/bath and beach towels.

Relax and enjoy all the amenities this location has to offer including private beach and onsite restaurant and tiki bar. Beautiful Community pool. Amenities open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Clubhouse with gym and sauna open year round. Close to Cedar Point, Kelley's Island and Put in Bay Ferry lines and charming downtown Lakeside and Marblehead.
