Interior features a fully equipped kitchen from blender to the garlic press. Kitchen features wine fridge, center island, granite, stainless appliances, and more. Airconditioned living room and in the bedroom if needed for summer months. All linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances included in rental. King size bed in the master with large walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer on same floor just a few doors away in secure common area.

Lake Street features public parks, marina, restaurants, shopping and so much more. A Venice Beach or Maui boardwalk feel in the suburb of Seattle. Just a short walk to transit and easy commute to Tech companies and 5+ area hospitals including Overlake, Evergreen, Children's Hospital, Virgina Mason, Harborview, and Swedish.

Awesome experience~

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Landlord is very responsible, provides assistance every step of the way, my parents enjoyed their stay here, amazing location and view. Could be a bit noisy during the day due to construction but does not bother us too much.
