We love the comfortable and homey feeling of Garnett’s apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and has so many cute restaurants. A very lovely place to stay! Thanks Garnett
We really enjoyed our visit to Seattle staying here. Our son and his wife live a few blocks away. We walked to Fremont for the day (but we like to walk). Really great quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood is a little busy before and after school on school days. Pretty easy to find parking during day in the area. We plan on staying again in future. Thanks again Garnett, nice to meet you.
The apartment was everything we hoped for. It is well equipped, comfortable and set in a very nice neighborhood. It will be our first choice in future visits to Seattle.

Thank you for your review Louis. I do hope to see you folks again.
We did not do a vineyard experience. Everything else was fine except TV needs to be updated.

Thank you for your review.
My apologies for the Hulu. The batteries in the control wand needed to be replaced.
I hope you'll have a chance to come back.

Garnett has provided a comfortable, cozy place full of thoughtful details. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very walkable. It's close to restaurants, services, public transportation and some of Seattle's popular destinations.
We enjoyed our stay at this quaint daylight basement apartment in a quiet city neighborhood, walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transit. A tall person like my 6’5 husband may be challenged by the shower but it was manageable.
It’s a cozy and convenient apartment with plenty of amenities for an extended stay! Its location in a walkable neighborhood was very convenient and I could easily get around the city.

Thanks for your review. I hope you'll come back one day.
Very cute, quirky, and comfortable apartment. Very walkable community with lots of restaurants to choose from. Quiet respite from the city. Garnett is a gracious host.
This is a lovely, small property. Garnett gave excellent instructions of how to arrive, get in, park, etc. The unit is well maintained and very well stocked, which is so nice. And Garnett appreciated feedback on something to add to the kitchen that we would have been happy to use during our stay. The bed is very comfortable and loads of pillows and blankets.

Cute little place, has everything you need. Beautiful garden in a quiet neighborhood. Fast wifi, I was able to pick up work calls as needed during my stay. Comfortable for two people. Garnett is the nicest and handled signing for a package for me. Thank you for everything!

Thank you for your review Kelli. It was lucky I was home and out front reading. I don't think the service would have left your package without a signature. Whew!!
Please come back.

I live in the main part of this house - renting out the two separate apartments. I enjoy meeting new people and take great pleasure in being able to share this part of the country with others. There's so much to do here you'll have to come back time and time again to see it all.
Check out my other property, same location - 352393.
Why they chose this property
I bought my house in 1987. Once I toured this neighborhood, I knew it was for me. The downstairs apartment was part of the house when I moved in - and has provided opportunity for 'sharing the wealth' all these years. It was fully remodeled approximately 6 years ago to my specifications; a lovely space.
What makes this property unique
You'll be able to look out the back kitchen window at the lovely garden, enjoy the planter boxes that surround the window, enjoy a quiet and peaceful sleep in the bedroom or living room, enjoy the bright sun, walk to the park across the street. If the day is warm, open the front door and let day in - or go outside and sit in the patio area, surrounded by red raspberries, flowers and growing vegetables - meet the neighbors walking the area.
