Many of our guests are families, large groups, or traveling work teams, so I understand how important it is to have a place that is practical, reliable, and well prepared. I’m always available if guests need anything and I’m happy to share local tips or help make their stay smoother. My goal is simple: to make sure every guest has a comfortable stay and a place they can count on while they’re in the Columbus area.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment while still being very convenient for people working in the Columbus area. Groveport has a small-town feel with parks, local restaurants, and a welcoming community, which makes it a comfortable place for guests to stay and unwind. At the same time, the area is close to one of the region’s largest logistics and warehouse corridors, with many distribution centers and industrial employers nearby. Because of this, we often host large work crews and traveling teams who stay for 30+ days while working on local projects. The home’s size and layout make it easy for teams to live comfortably together, cook meals, and relax after long workdays. It’s a great balance of convenience for work and comfort for longer stays.

What makes our property unique is its ability to comfortably host larger groups while still feeling like a home. With six bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 17 guests—including bunk beds, queen and king beds, and flexible sleeping areas—it’s designed specifically for group travel. Many guests appreciate that everyone can stay together in one place instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The large kitchen and common areas make it easy to cook meals, relax, and spend time together after a long day. The location is also a big advantage, as we are close to major warehouse and logistics employers in the Groveport and Rickenbacker area, which makes the home especially convenient for traveling work crews and teams staying for longer projects. It’s a practical, comfortable setup for both families and professional groups looking for a longer stay.
