Four decks with seating and loungers, large dock with open 26' slip and huge swim platform, 2 kayaks and 2 SUP's, ping pong table, pool table, Star Wars pinball machine, 60 game cocktail table arcade with Donkey Kong, Pacman, Frogger, etc., PlayStation 5 game, Wi-Fi, vintage 18' ball bowling machine, board games, screened in porch, tiki bar, gas fire pit sitting area, SS Weber LP gas grill, sun lounging deck, covered hot tub overlooking lake, animal friendly hardwood flooring/LVP flooring, ample parking including 2nd tier overflow parking, master bedroom and bedroom #2 have amazing views with sliding doors leading out to private deck, cove located at 5 1/2 MM off the main channel, great central location with easy access to many popular restaurants and bars. Security camera only in front of the house. One small dog allowed at $30 per night. Must let owner know at time of booking if you will be bringing a dog and provide breed and weight. Will send a separate payment request if not included in booking request.

No fires allowed with exception of propane fire pit on deck. One small dog allowed. Must let owner know at time of booking so we can bill you.

Perfect place for a family trip.

We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend staying at this property. We had a large group of 16 with ages 0-73 and there was truly something for everyone and plenty of room to feel comfortable. The hosts thought of everything from an arts and craft bin for the kids to beer cozzies for the adults.

Beautiful home in the Ozarks

Beautiful and spacious home right on the water. The hosts provided anything we could have possibly needed and were extremely responsive whenever I had a question. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area. We had such a great time creating memories with our family. If we come back to the Ozarks, we will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren ages 2-16 loved every minute we spent at this house. The house layout, dock and location were perfect for our activities. The electronic games and vintage pinball and bowling machine were so much fun! Everything we needed was there. All we needed was food and clothes. Towels, utensils, spices, and plenty of high quality furniture made our stay unforgettable. Prior to our stay, the owners answered all our questions immediately!! Can’t wait to come back!

So many fun amenities were provided. Plenty of gear to enjoy the lake. And who knew how entertaining a jukebox would be for 8 - 12 year olds? Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Judy has created a great place for a family vacation.

AMAZING home on the Lake!

Judy & Vince thought of every detail & are excellent hosts. Our stay at their vacation home was wonderful for all. There was something for each of us ages 11-51. The home is even better than the photos, squeaky clean & every item you could hope for & more. The home provided so much entertainment & fun for our group & is located in a nice quiet cove. This house is amazing!

We loved this vacation rental! The owner's put so much thought into all aspects of this house. The views are gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked, there are a lot of toys on the dock, they have fun video games, a juke box, pinball machine and a mini bowling game. If you just want to relax, there are numerous decks to enjoy as well as a tiki bar. If I had a lake house, this would be the one!

Amazing lake home

We stayed a week with family. The house is perfect for a large group. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with owners was prompt and attentive. Amazing!Family of 18 had a great time enjoying this property. It is an extremely well appointed home and dock with high quality items. There is a generous supply of starter items available upon check in. We cooked each night and found everything we needed in the kitchen It is a well cared for home. The kids enjoyed all the vintage activities as well as ping pong and the water accessories. We even hosted an outdoor movie night for the kids on the deck area while the adults enjoyed the upper deck hot tub with a watchful eye on the littles.You will be pleased if this is your choice! This is a wonderful home and exactly as pictured. The hosts have very thoughtfully furnished and stocked it with everything we needed/wanted. The decor is really nice and the accent pieces and assessories are so neat. We loved the separate living area below...a perfect get-away for the older crowd and a really nice second kitchen to meal prep in.The location on the lake was great being slightly off the main channel and reasonably close to shopping and outing opportunities for our grands. We really enjoyed the swim dock and all of the water toys/equipment. Our grandkids also had a lot of fun and success fishing.The hot tub is beautiful and in excellent condition. Since it was quite a warm week, we only used it a few times but it'd be awesome to chillax in when it's a bit cooler. Judy, our host, was so accommodating, kind and helpful.We hope to book this property the next time we visit the lake.Thank you for so much fun and the memories we made!

Pictures do not do it justice. Owners go above and beyond. Amenities are everywhere you turn. They have thought and learned every possible connivence to leave for you. Bluetooth speakers on all outside levels, hot tub was amazing, snack gift box left. The activities in and around the house made our rain day an absolute riot. Kitchen is ready to go for anything. Great coffee bar stocked up and waiting. If you need a pan, dish or glass its waiting for you. Forgot to grab something?..there's a great chance they have it waiting. Hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Checks all the boxes. This home truly sleeps 18 without issue. Great room set up for family outings with plenty of space and did i mention two kitchens? Basically two different living areas in one building. We will 100% be back to this place.

My husband and I bought this home for our own personal use in 2012. We have loved spending time with family and friends here and have many cherished memories. As you will see by the furnishings and decor this is a family home and not just another rental. From my mother-in-laws vintage Juke Box (currently being restored) to our antique bowling machine from the strip, each item is a family heirloom that we hope you will appreciate as much as we do. As we have gotten older and not able to use the house as much as before we decided to rent it out through VRBO. It will continue to be our "lake home" as well as a part-time rental that we have named Lake Dreams Escape!

Why they chose this property

We love being at the 5.5MM in the Lick Branch cove in Rocky Mount. By boat we are close to many lake front restaurants and bars such as Shady Gators, Tap and Grill and Dock Knockers. We have wonderful views of the main channel and love the uniqueness of the area.

What makes this property unique

Our home is really two houses in one, spread over three levels. We have three bedrooms and three baths on the two top levels and a two bedroom unit on the lower level. In addition we have four levels of decks for people to spread out on so you will never feel crowded or on top of each other. Our outdoor decks consist of a private balcony off of the top floor bedrooms, a main level deck with a screened in porch, another covered deck with a hot tub and finally the lower deck with a custom Tiki Bar , fire pit seating area and tanning area. We also have a dock with a large swim platform as well as a covered dining set. Our guests have access to an open well slip for a boat as well as two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards.

In addition to the outdoor activities we have plenty to do in the inside as well. We have a large game closet with family as well as adult board games and kids crafts. We have a Play station with numerous games, a console game table with over sixty games (Ms. Pacman is my personal favorite), a pool/ping pong table, vintage Star Wars pinball machine, an 18 foot bowling machine and a old time juke box. Your family will appreciate the indoor entertainment on those rainy days when you can't hang outside.
