Tranquil and quiet barn conversion set in 2 acres of orchard and meadows in a small hamlet just 5 minutes walk from the village of Blackawton and 5 miles from Dartmouth and local beaches. Blackawton has a great pub and village shop for all your essentials surrounded by beautiful countryside.
There are lovely walks through the valley, an abundance of wildlife and all within 20 minutes drive to Dartmouth or Kingsbridge.
