BUNTING BRIXHAM - Beautiful marine town house with extensive sea views

Bunting Brixham is a 3 bedroom marine town house, with the homely feel of a cottage and views of Torbay and Brixham town. Conveniently situated near to Berry Head nature reserve and Shoalstone beach and sea water pool. Bunting is situated in a quiet residential area with easy parking and about a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike.

During the peak summer season our minimum stay is 7 nights with changeover on a Saturday. Outside of the peak season we accept short break bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Please contact us for a competitive quote for short breaks .

Ground Floor; Large entrance sun room set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, Sky, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky, dining table and 6 chairs, high chair and baby equipment are available. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron an iron and ironing board are available.

Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and coffee table and a dressing table. Panoramic views across the bay. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with bath and shower-over, WC and wash basin. A travel cot is also available.

Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay.

Bunting Brixham has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available.

One well-behaved dog welcome subject to our pet policy as detailed in our terms and conditions of booking.

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation. A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Great property for family stay.

Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Très bon séjour

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. On sent la volonté de mettre à disposition des vacanciers ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à l'intérieur. Seul petit reproche, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner (1 seul saladier !). Très belle vue, environnement calme, tout en étant à 10mn à pied de la piscine d'eau de mer et 15mn du port et du centre. Une bonne surprise : le restaurant de la piscine fait une très bonne cuisine pas très chère : coquilles St Jacques délicieuses, on s'est régalés !

Thank you for your review, which I have translated to English: House very comfortable and well equipped. We feel the will to make available to vacationers what it takes to spend good times indoors. Only small complaint, we would have appreciated a little more dishes to cook (only 1 bowl!). Very nice view, quiet environment, while being 10 minutes walk from the sea water pool and 15 minutes from the port and the center. A nice surprise: the restaurant of the pool is very good food not very expensive: delicious scallops shells, we feasted!

Bunting Brixham

We had a great stay and the property and all fixtures and fittings were of a superior standard. Property was clean and ideal for extended family. No problem with parking on road. Only niggles were lack of a toilet brush in downstairs shower and toilet and the coat hooks needs to be redrilled and plugged. I would happily recommend this property. We were lucky to have lovely weather but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so good.

Lovely home with beautiful sea views

This house was perfect for our family. Lovely sea views from both double rooms and the living room. Perfect set up for the family with everything there we needed. Just a 15 minute walk to the Harbour (longer back as it was uphill but we really enjoyed it). We loved it so much we definitely recommend and are hoping to go again next year! Thank you for setting it up to make our stay so enjoyable. Such friendly neighbours too!

Why they chose this property

Paul has been coming on holiday to Brixham for over 50 years - he first came aged 2 years old! His parents, grandparents, children and now his grandchildren have all enjoyed holidays in Brixham and all the family love the area.
In 2014 we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Bunting as our second home. We love the house and the area and look forward to sharing it with you.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the popular Wall Park area of Brixham. It is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking (a real bonus in Brixham!) yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 minutes to the beach.

Short breaks (minimum stay three nights) available outside of peak season. Please contact us for a quote.
