I had a wonderful time staying here! There was a bonus bed that was nice, and the location was perfect for us. Parking was great, there was a lot of space, and we were comfortable and happy.

The host Brandon was very nice and ordered dish towels, mixing bowls and bath mats that were not in the home. We had issues with the volume on the TV going out, and he tried helping us fix the issue. My only big issue is the cigarette smell upstairs. Unfortunately I am very sensitive to the smell of smoke and having the carpet upstairs didn’t help but made the problem worse. They have plug in type fresheners all throughout the home but on top of the odor it was too much for my lungs. The place is pretty quiet though the neighbor does seem to have friends over who can be loud,, but it was ok. The area was nice and we enjoyed all the tress and the convenience attending a Braves baseball game. I would not stay in this home again because of the strong smell upstairs where I had to sleep.

Not the best rental choice

We stayed at this townhome for my son's baseball tournament in East Cobb. The townhome was in a cute little town but it was not a great environment. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. The townhouse next to us smelled like pot smoke all the time. The townhome itself was not well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The description said it had a grill and a hot tub. Neither was available for us. The stairs going downstairs had no railing, the shower downstairs had a showerhead that was facing the corner of the shower because it was connected to the ceiling. there were light bulb out and missing. We used the fan on the microwave above the stove and it caused the air conditioning upstairs to not work while the fan was running. Lastly, the homeowner filed an insurance claim for a wall repair. We did not damage any part of the townhome. He did not reach out to us to let us know that there was damage. There was a small hole in the wall in the downstairs bathroom that was pre-existing our stay because there is not a doorstop on the door.
