This showcase home for Waterlilly Interiors is a looker. All flooring, fixtures, furniture, appliances, cookware and bedding were replaced as part of an extensive renovation and new carpets installed in Summer 2022. Don't take our word for it - check out the reviews! The property is perfectly situated one mile from Deer Valley Resort and two miles from downtown Park City in the quiet neighborhood of Solamere. This 5,000+ square foot property lives large across three levels. Great for multi-family vacations with numerous gathering spaces on the main level and an entertainment room in the lower level. Awesome views out every window!
The main level has a well appointed chief's kitchen with dramatic white quartzite bar, large living room and formal dining room - separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is also a separate den with another fireplace and LCD TV. The front of the house has Deer Valley resort view's from every window and a large wood deck for soaking in the sun after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or shopping downtown.
The top level has three king bedrooms including a generous master suit with fireplace and private deck, and two spacious bedroom’s – each with en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. Finally, there is a separate front-loading washer/dryer in the upstairs hallway.
The lower level has two large bedrooms with en-suite bath in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with a King and walk out deck. The bedrooms are separated by a large entertainment room with Projector and 120" Screen, DVD, and surround sound with brand new furniture. There is also another laundry room on this level. For larger family groups, we can provide additional beds to be placed in lower level bedrooms or media room.
The three-car garage has plenty of room for your vehicles and gear as well as a Ping Pong table. Large wooden deck in front, jetted hot tub and Weber Genesis gas BBQ on the back deck.
In addition to world class skiing, we have beautiful hike / bike trails right out the door and a stocked fishing pond just down the street. Whatever the season, this place is an awesome getaway.

Great house

Great place for a large group. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels and extra pillows. Everything you’d expect at a luxury rental. We’d def stay again.

Spectacular!

After not seeing each other for 2 years because of COVID, my family finally was able to have a reunion at this beautiful house and property!. It is just amazing! The location is perfect and the house is absolutely splendid! It's size and set up provided us with the perfect communal spaces, perfect decor and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook for twelve and seat twelve. We also enjoyed the unexpected nightly visit from the neighborhood moose:) We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this beautiful Deer Valley home in Solamere at the end of June/early July. Everything pictured and described in the listing was accurate plus much more! It's one of the most well appointed homes we've rented and would love to return another time. The home was a perfect layout for kids, as well as couples (and all at the same time). The location was super easy and close to the base of Deer Valley and to Park City. We hiked, biked, fished, zip lined, water tubed, shopped, ate at terrific restaurants and saw several bands. Thank you, Adam and Jimmy for working with us and being so responsive with questions. We highly recommend for friends and families!

Triple Treat!

This is the 3rd year in a row that we booked this house as our Sundance Homebase. We love the quality, amenities, and location of the property. Our team really enjoys the sleeping and work-spaces and our chef loves the gourmet kitchen. The VIP guests appreciate the big family room with fireplace and dining room when we are entertaining. Highly recommend the house for large groups and multi-families.

Great home for a family vacation

We loved this home and Park City! There was plenty of room for the six adults and five children. Very well stocked kitchen which was great as we are a family that likes to cook. Nice great room to gather and a smaller living room area where you could watch TV. Downstairs there is a very large TV which grandkids enjoyed. Backyard is wonderful, seating area and a hot tub. We enjoyed time at a nearby sports club for the pool, river rafting, the Park City Adventure Park, mountain biking and just hanging out. This home and Park City in the summer is wonderful!

We have been visiting the Park City area since the 1980's as children and were regular guests as young adults. We designed this property with multi-family groups and young children as that remains our favorite way to holiday in the mountains. We love to entertain and this house makes it easy. Like many, we acquired the property for the skiing, but now savor our Summer hiking and biking days as much as a day on the slopes. Our objective in furnishing and finishing the property was to make certain that every kitchen or comfort item is ready and waiting for you. From heated boot closet to waffle iron - its all there and waiting for you.

Why they chose this property

Incredible location in a mature neighborhood with beautiful trees and views of the mountains. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and great views. Easy access to resorts and town by car or public transportation. Given that we and our guests often do both in a single day, we chose the flexibility of this location versus a house on the hill that requires a more challenging drive to town. We have experienced both and for both value and access, we love our location.

What makes this property unique

We also find that being central to both Deer Valley and Park City Resort allows our guests to "spread it a round" and in our case give our children easy access to Snowboarding at Park City while we ski at Deer Valley. Also, the close access to public transportation gives the a level of freedom to visit resorts, shopping, dining, and movies on their schedule when we have other plans.
