Our inviting French style villa offers you all of the amenities without ever having to leave the comfort of home. Relax in the heated pool and spa or enjoy a meal with friends and family as you dine under the stars. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the backyard. With 7 beds and the ability to sleep 12 comfortably, our home is perfect for families, friends, and groups looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. Experience all of Clearwater in the serenity and beauty of this luxurious home!

The main floor features an open kitchen/dining area that flows seamlessly onto the patio and pool. There is also a living room with plenty of seating for everyone! Curl up with a book at night or watch the game in comfort. On the lower level you will find an office nook as well as bedroom with a single over double bunk bed, perfect for kids. There is also a half bath on the lower level. The lower bedroom also provides access to the garage and laundry room.

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. There are more then enough beds to sleep your whole party. Everyone will want the beautiful master bedroom that includes a cute makeup nook and its own ensuite!

We utilize a doorbell camera as well as a security camera in the pool area at this home. Cameras are not monitored and in place for liability protection. There are no cameras inside. We use noise detection devises at this home. These alert the host and guests if excessive noise occurs for extended periods of time. If you have any questions let us know.

This home complies with all city Short Term Rental Home Regulations

Glen was a terrific host and the house was excellent. The home is very well appointed, the pool was warm and a lot of fun, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location is also great — close to groceries, restaurants, and several beautiful beaches which made getting around simple and enjoyable.Glen went out of his way to be helpful, sharing great suggestions for fishing spots, restaurants, and the best nearby beaches. He took the time to answer all of our questions and followed up to be sure everything was going well.. You can tell he really wants his guests to have a great experienceA wonderful stay all around — we would absolutely come back.

Great Thanksgiving with Family

The property was a perfect fit for our Thanksgiving. Plenty of space inside and outside for talking, eating, cooking, and relaxing. Location was close to everything; supermarket, interstate, restaurants. Hosts were always helpful. Wonderful time, would stay again.

Nice home, Lots of Rules

Owner was mostly responsive and this vrbo is spacious and beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay here.We do, however, have some complaints:We were not told that the hot tub can’t be used past 11pm only until we received our welcome message. It would have been good to know before booking since one of the reasons we booked this place was for the hot tub. When we arrived there was food left in the fridge and the patio bar area wasn't cleaned. The sink in the 2nd floor hallway bathroom was clogged. The beds were clean. We’ve never heard of a vrbo having a “noise meter” that alerts the host if we were loud for over 10 minutes. We never set this off but it caused a bit of anxiety. If you are hosting a vrbo with over 12 guests you have to expect a bit of noise.The house next door is abandoned and the guest book has a complaint about seeing a rat on their property. Owner gave us a hard time about our service dog but under vrbo's policy “guests are not obligated to inform hosts about the presence of a service animal, nor are they required to provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification." We asked the owner what the bed quantities and sizes are for the bedrooms because this information isn't included in the listing. He never responded. Overall, our family had a good time in this gorgeous home, we just had some complaints about the cleanliness of the house and the owner not telling us important rules until a few days before our stay.

Robert thank you for the review. One month before arrival we asked you if there was an animals coming. We were informed a "well behaved husky" would be joining. However no mention of a service animal. When I mentioned that there is an additional cleaning fee for pets, I was informed this dog was a service animal. As also mentioned when booking this home is in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect the neighbors by not making excess noise outside after 10 pm. The spa is available from 7 am until 11:15 pm allowing the pool to fully clean itself. The noise monitors mentioned alert you when the noise level exceeds 100 db or similar to a nightclub. You received 5 alerts. We sent a repair person to investigate the clogged drain but found the plug was down. I'm sorry if those items didn't meet your expectation, perhaps a home is not the correct accommodations for you.
