Luxury ocean front condo in an upscale mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. The artwork and amenities are amazing. The 18’ windows aggregate a full view of the pool and the ocean. Watch the cruise ships come and go daily. Truly, everyone loves this condo! It’s extra large and roomy with a sofa bed and a trundle bed besides the king bedroom and there are two full baths. The master bedroom is elevated and there is a picture window to the ocean view. The kitchen has all American appliances and everything you need to get you started on your vacation if you wish to eat in. Coffee, creamer, tea, salt, pepper, oil spices and more including coffeemaker, toaster, blender, even a garlic press.
There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance.
On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, References can be provided. The condo features TV, with American channels and Netflix, high speed Internet, 24 hour security, and free secure parking. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators.
The unit is managed by Chris and Victoria, Americans who have lived in Cozumel for 10 wonderful years, 8 of them in Palmar. We are here to help you with all your needs. Chef services are available upon request.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.
