With 3 bedrooms /2 baths plus large comfortable sofa the house sleeps up to 8 guests. Master bedroom has a canopied queen bed, tv & private seating area, ensuite bathroom with shower. One other Queen bedroom & a bedroom with 2 twins in and a Pac Man arcade game. Hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Covered carport parking,, small fully fenced yard. Complete kitchen has eat-in dining and seating for 6. Wifi, board games, everything you need for a great time in Ruidoso. Mini split AC units keep you comfortable.

Entry through the carport into the kitchen/dining. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge and plenty of cooking utensils. Open space living room, with two bedrooms down the hall on the left. One bedroom with 2 twin beds (and Pac-Man Arcade and some kids toys), one with a queen size bed, with the hall bath with tub/shower combo between them. The Largest bedroom is directly off the living room with canopy bed and sitting area and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a fenced backyard with bark and a covered patio with a 6 person rigid foam core hot tub from wave spas.
