The loft space is renovated & with modern furnishings & decor throughout. The floor plan is thoughtful, with communal living spaces at one end, the kitchen in the middle, and the bedrooms on the opposite end. It’s also stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms & laundry area. It’s a corner unit, with 2 sunlit walls of windows 2 outdoor balconies, which is nice. It’s it walking distance to Talleyrand Park, a beautiful pedestrian walkway, restaurants & shops. Even though the loft is in downtown, nights weren’t noisy or busy & it was easy to relax/sleep at the end of the day. Considerations for future guests: *It’s in a walk up building. It wasn’t a big deal for us but might be an issue for those with mobility issues. *Of two walls of windows; one wall faced another building. The 2nd wall looked onto the street building across the street. It meant, we kept the shades closed or partially closed for most of our stay. Nothing unusual for a loft in an urban environment, just something to be aware of.
