Entire Cozy SoCal Sweet House in Anaheim Historical Colony - 31 nights minimum

This cozy historical house went through a complete remodel in 2016 (new HVAC, wiring & panel, sewer system, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood as part of the Anaheim Colony Historic District. It is within walking distance to Starbucks, and many eateries including the Anaheim Packing House (eatery center); close to Highway 5 and Freeway 91; only 2.5 miles to Costco Wholesale and Amazon Fresh; 3-minute drive to Disneyland, 2-minute drive to Anaheim Shopping Plaza and groceries stores; 7-minute drive to Anaheim Convention Center, and 20 minutes to John Wayne Airport.

GENERAL NOTES
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests.
- No loud noise after 10 PM.
- Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to VRBO.

FURRY FRIENDS
- We allow 1 pet (under 20 lbs) for an additional fee of $175/stay.
- If more than one pet, prior approval is required and extra fee may be collected for each additional pet.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in the house or the enclosed back yard area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture and bedding.

SMOKING NOTE
No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside the home in the patio / yard. An ashtray is provided to dispose of cigarette butts. Please do not dispose of butts in planters, bushes or onto the ground / yard / grass.

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house. No inside cameras.
