About this property

Walk To Disneyland! 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together.

Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime.

We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable.

At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more…

Please make sure to call us whenever there is an issue! We will resolve it as soon as we can.

Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on.

Update 2/11/2021: Added 3 more TVs, one in the Master room, another in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

Great place to stay for a big family who is on a Disneyland vacation. It is conveniently located nearby, but about a 1.7 mile walk which makes it tough when you are walking/on your feet all day in the parks. What is great is when we weren't up for walking back the Uber rides were about 10 so worked out great. Would recommend!

House was fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, serving bowls, and pots and pans that you will need. There is laundry detergent and dish detergent also. It was great. Very comfortable. Convenient to Disney. I highly recommend this property!

Convient for family of adults. The walk was a little far so we just drove and parked in the Toy Story. The house was clean and everyone had a bed to sleep in at the end of some very long days at Disney.

Walk from house to disney front gate was 1.6 miles and good paths the whole way. Was quickier walking than driving with the lines for garage and shuttle, but was a little long way back at night but seemed safe. House was nice layout and very clean/comfortable. Would stay here again!!

House was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Short and inexpensive uber rides to Disneyland. You could probably walk it but we chose to save our steps and feet for the park. There is a convenient shopping center at the end of the road with a Taco Bell, Starbucks. Grocery store, donut shop and more. Met the owner upon check in and he went over how to use the entrances and was very nice and super helpful.
