Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Such as downtown, movie teather, Walmart, Lowes, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Publix grocery`s store, Carowinds amusement park, golf courses, (Renaissance Park Outdoor space with bike trails & golf course, as well as facilities for tennis, soccer & volleyball and Has dog park · Picnic tables available · Has baseball field )etc.

The house has a secure fanced back yard, so pets are safe.

Guest enters through the main door with his access code.

Our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a private upscale stay in the heart of Charlotte`s most vibrant neighborhood. It is only a few minutes away from shopping and dining restauraunts, such as chick Fill A, Starburcks, Panera Bread, Walmart, Publix, lowes, carowinds amusement park, white water family entertaiment, Golf course, Tennis course Ayrsley Grand Cinema, Charlotte downtown. etc.

Charlotte Downtown, Douglas airport, carowings amusement park, The court house, restaurants, Walmart supermarket, lowes, McDonald`s, chick fillA, as well as the movie theather Ayrsley grand cinema, whatever fast food restaurant is very near by.

The neighborhood is safe. the guest can go jogging, there are many places to run, jog or walk. There is, tennis, golf field very close to the property.
No smoking inside the house, no noise music, avoid unnecessary actions that would lead to damage in the listing.
Please if you have a dog clean up his mess before you leave. There will be plastic bags to pick up the dog`s mess.

A truly great weekend

Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our pups. The host was very accommodating and my favorite part was the fenced in yard in the back. We spent most of our time on the beautiful back porch.

Great location lovely property

Everything about our stay was simple. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. It was nice to find paper towels, trash bags, towels etc. conveniently available. Some of our guests expressed minor concern about the neighborhood but I did not share those concerns. We had to pay an extra fee for a last minute additional guest which I didn’t remember seeing anywhere when booking, but this was a minor inconvenience more than a concern. Would definitely recommend.
