Visit for Renaissance Festival

My spouse and I with two other friends stayed over 2 nights. The house was cozy and well kept and very clean. Perfect for our visit and to visit with our friends post Renaissance Festival before heading home. Highly recommended!

Pretty good

The kitchen is well stocked. We found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet. The mattress in the primary bedroom was extremely soft.

Phenomenal 3 bedroom home! VERY close to Charlotte!

Fantastic stay! Everything supplied including linens, pillows, blankets, cooking utensils! 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds! Enough room to stretch out in kitchen, dining and living room! Parking for 2 cars in driveway! Owner - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!!! Checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed! This place would be an excellent choice for anyone wanting a VERY NICE private house close to Charlotte! FYI...our visit was to see our son who is attending JWU and also to attend the National Super Motocross held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway! VERY CONVENIENT!!! Can't go wrong staying here!!! 100% Satisfied! 10 STARS!!!

Disappointing

The front door knob fell off. They said we didn't signing anything about having a pet but we had notified them when booking and when we got to the house. The trash cans were full so we had no way of getting rid of trash for 5 people

Hi Sylvia, The original booking was for 2 people, yet you stated trash for 5 people. We spoke prior to your arrival that the previous guest filled the trash before leaving and it would be set out Friday for trash day, and you stated that was fine. In regards to your pet, yes the home can accomodate pets which requires an addt pet fee which is listed in the charges for the home. I do appreciate you bringing the front door knob to my attn, as I was able to get the maintenance crew there that same evening. Which is when it was brought to my attn that a dog was present. I take pride in making sure my guest are comfortable. Thank you for your visit. Happy Holidays,
