About this property

Enjoy your time in paradise at this newly updated condo within Sea Club II Resort! Sea Club II features over 4 acres of old Florida beauty located on the Intercoastal. The unit is a 1 minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway, and a short 4 minute walk to the beach access across the road! Relax as you use the heated pool overlooking the Intercoastal (you can see boats and dolphins from here!), charcoal grills by the pool area, and a Tiki hut. Wanting a change of scenery? This resort includes access to a private access gate across the street that takes you to a beautiful stretch of Siesta Key beach.

The fully equipped kitchen provides the flexibility to make meals at the condo But, don't miss out on the excellent restaurants that range from fresh-caught seafood to casual beach fare to fine dining, all nearby.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, night stand and television. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa, end-tables and a television. Free high speed Wifi is provided. The unit is ideal for 3 people. It could sleep 4, but 2 people would need to share the sleeper sofa in living room.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Kitchen towels, bath towels, sheets and beach towels are all provided. Beach chairs are in the condo for your use. Additionally, I have provided a beach wagon with toys to maximize your beach pleasure. You are truly all set for an amazing time on Siesta Key!

This condo is on the second floor of the building, with NO ELEVATOR! You will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to access the condo!

If you are interested in stand up paddle boarding, parasailing, jet-skiing, scootering - there are rental facilities nearby, along with lessons for beginners.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the first floor in the laundry room.

Siesta Key beach has been voted the #1 Beach in the Country and #3 in the World.

Beach House Stay

The unit is very well decorated and equipped for the enjoyment of the Siesta Key Beach area. Location is walkable and it is nice to have access to the intercoastal as well. The unit is stocked up for cooking and enjoying the beach as well. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Spring Break

The condo is in an awesome location. I loved the decor and the set up on the inside. The pool on the intercoastal was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach and the wagon came in handy. My only wish is that if the cleaning crew is done, I am able to check in before 4 PM.

What a fun vacation!

What a GREAT 6 week vacation we just had in Siesta Key staying at this lovely condo! It was clean, decorated nicely, had a comfortable bed, a great supply of dishes, glasses,cooking supplies & utensils and containers for storing food. The location was just perfect, so close to everything! The beach, pool, intercoastal (loved watching the boats go by) attractions & events. The hosts & owners were lovely people. If you have any questions or concerns, they are quick to respond. We can’t wait to return!!!😎
