Location was good, parking available on driveway. Size of house was good. It is attached to the main house so you do hear a lot of activity from the other residents. The mini splits didn’t work. Upstairs wouldn’t turn off or change temp and the ones in the living room and downstairs bedroom didn’t work at all.Overall, this was still a good place to rent.

Great location, Nice Place to lay your head

We loved the location, easy on/off highway 101 and only 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do! Stayed with 4 adults, the 2 beds and 2 baths was perfect and the separation of the rooms great for privacy. Beds were comfortable and the house was quiet and clean. Few things to note that can be easily fixed/updated: the dining chairs were a little loose just need a screwdriver to tighten them. Same with the kitchen cupboards - some of the knobs but those were easy to twist tight again, a few of the hinges need to be tightened up too. The only real down is the living room furniture- we stayed in one night after a very busy day of activities and for 4 adults only the one amrchair was even remotelt comfortable for watching a movie. My husband ended up sitting in an office chair and I sat on a dining room chair. My dad toughed it out on tbe futon but man it made him sore the next day. Also the towels were still damp when we got there but we just hung them to dry and no big deal. Last thjng to note the driveway is shared and the people who live in the house (we never met or talked to) over parked a few times which made it very difficult to get in and out. Otherwise we loved it and if the living room furniture was changed we'd rent again next time we come to the area!

Pros: Great place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Everything was clean and was set up nicely. The bed was comfortable! Easy to get into and lock when leaving. The host was communicative and reasonably responsive. Cons: Coming in, there were a lot of flies and gnats which made it annoying at the beginning. Spent the first hour just trying to get rid of them. Not the greatest to lounge. Living room is small. The outdoor patio was covered in spider webs and dust. Couldn’t hang out in the patio as much. The house isn’t in the greatest area for parking. It’s in a tight cul de sac with numerous amount of cars parked on every side of the curb. The driveway has a small spot to park but it’s really tight if you’re driving a car bigger than a mini SUV. Overall, this is a good place to stay if you have a short trip. I would stay again if my trip is within 1-2 days!

The property was clean. Twice someone knocked on the door. Once was the property owner to fix a broken microwave handle. Second time was the neighbor to have us let him in through the garage. The AC unit in the downstairs bedroom did not work. The AC unit in the living space would not turn off. The shower upstairs, the water was scalding hot. So my kids how to use the small shower downstairs. We were given 4 towels. No wash cloths. No kitchen towels. Asked for more and were told you got the towels you got. Also Informed them AC was not working. Was told try different remotes. Yeah I obviously already tried that before I reached out. There were lots of flies in the house. Bed not very comfortable. We ended up leaving a night early. Stairs very slippery. My daughter fell down them.
