About this property

Holiday Haus is a large Trailside vacation home with modern and folksy décor and is perfect for a large group or multiple families. It offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the upper level. Also on the main level is a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. A large gas brick fireplace occupies part of the living room and high ceilings and large windows offer a great view of the surrounding woods and Shotgun trail. Patio doors lead off the back to a deck with a gas grill. The lower level offers a large recreation room as well with a foosball table, full futon, sauna and a washer and dryer. This unit has central air and WIFI is available throughout. Dogs are not allowed. Holiday Haus is located along the Shotgun trail with access to lifts #8 and #9. A 3 night minimum stay is required. Some technology services may be changing on June 1st, 2023.
