"The Chalet" is located on 79 private acres with in walking distance of Jackson Creek Summit.

This unit sleeps up to 14 people* in 6 queen beds, and a futon.

With two spacious living areas, a full kitchen and a dining area there is plenty of space to stretch out even with 14 people. This unit has 3 bathrooms including one with a sauna. After a day of skiing relax by one of the two wood burning stoves or in the lower living areas large jetted tub.

After 4 when the hills close feel free to grab your x-country skis or snowshoes and explore the property.

Great property! Lots of space for large family! Hot tub and sauna were great! The location was very convenient for skiing. Nice location as it was private but other homes nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location - Pictures Don't do Justice

The location is perfect for Skiing. The hill is walkable, and if you wanted to drive, the base of both hills is within 5 minutes or so. The property itself is great. The sauna and whirlpool were exceptional. Pictures truly did not do this place justice.

Awesome place!

A group of us stayed here. It is a great location to ski Black Jack or Indian head. Just minutes from each. Everything worked well and the place had everything that we needed. (except more snow but what can you do?) Highly recommend it. We hope to be back next year.

Fantastic get away

The property was better than expected. The area where the property is located is very serene and picturesque. I went up with family for a funeral and needed a place we could all fit. We had 8 people in all and the place was roomy enough for all of us. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved this home! Very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The ski resort is walking distance which was great. Also, the owner was very friendly and always there to help. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Nice to get away

Quiet and beautiful area. Nice to unplug. Close drive to Lake Superior and waterfalls. No A/C but likely only matters with unseasonably warm weather this last week

Quite remote area

Place as described, We had plenty of parking for the 2 snowmobile trailer/ rigs along with the cars for 9 and 10 people at one time. Lower dining area is large enough to hang out and upper loft has a window if it gets get to hot from the fire place. Lower level is nice- we did not even use the hot tub or really hang out down there. Group was able to walk to the lower bar at I think 1/4 mile walk cross country, not bad really. We parked at the lower bar or at Blackjack and started our ski day from there. we did not shuttle back and forth being we had access to both hills from below with our own vehicles. We have no real complaints. Owner/Manager was very helpful and friendly, Wifi got sketchy at times but the place it is on the bottom of the hill I do not think we ever have great reception anywhere up there. The hot water was HOT so that was the ongoing joke of the weekend- be careful washing your hands:) We would definitely stay again if its available next year. This will be a finalist for our next get away location.
