A very welcoming home. Extremely clean & comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & the park. There are very nice views from the patio. Our walks around the lakes in the evening was relaxing. Communication with Alison was a breeze. We would definetly stay again.

House was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and good location. The patio was wonderful for relaxing and to use the barbecue. Due to weather, We did not use it, but the pool was beautiful. The living room and the bedrooms all had nice TVs. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very nice and helpful to work with. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful home in lovely location

We absolutely loved our stay! The home and yard were beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The unheated pool was refreshing on the warm days and pickleball, park, basketball and beautiful lakes just out back! Thank you for a memorable Spring Break! Alison was a wonderful, responsive hostess! We would love to return to this lovely place!

We had the best experience. Alison is so gracious and very easy to communicate with. The home was perfect for 6 Adults. We have stayed at many rentals and this one had the best as far as cleanliness. They also had everything you could ever need in the kitchen, not just the bare minimum. There were also plenty of towels for every guest in each bathroom. We will stay here again if it’s available next time we visit Estrella

What a beautiful property to spend your time. Alison's home in Estrella Ranch is a perfect spot for your activities on the west side of Phoenix. The home is located on the south lake of two lakes in the area with walking paths all the way around. Pickle ball courts are a two minute walk away. We like hiking in the Phoenix area mountains and this area provides many developed hiking trails for all skill levels. The home is well maintained and provides all the comforts you could need. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. We did not use either of the twin beds in the home. The pool is not heated if that is a requirement of your stay. Alison is a very attentive host responding to requests or concerns promptly. We enjoyed our 2 month stay and recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home in Goodyear.
