The Howdy Retreat is a 2400 sq/ft uniquely designed & decorated home in Aggieland designed for family-friendly and group entertainment.

This retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, and beds to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. With 2 indoor living spaces and a sprawling backyard, there is plenty of room to gather.

The Howdy Retreat’s open-concept kitchen is connected to the main living space with an island that boasts 4 bar-height stools. It is also fully stocked for the chef of the group. The kitchen includes:

Outside, the fun continues with a wood burning fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. The oversized patio houses an outdoor dining table for 6 and an 8-seater lounge area. Guests also have access to the 4-burner propane gas grill and outdoor games, which include Connect 4, Jenga, and cornhole. The garage also serves as a gathering spot eith a 4-seater bar-height table and a Ping-Pong table.

Pardon Our Dust:
-The backyard underwent significant improvements, so the backyard may become muddy during wet weather while grass regrows
-2nd living area runs a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house, though is still comfortable. We are working to correct the issue, but please feel free to use the floor fan in the garage for additional comfort in the meantime
-Fireplace is pending service
