Regular taxis can take you back to our villa, but the motorbike taxis are not allowed to enter the security gate. (So if you need a ride all the way back to our villa, take the regular taxi.)

There are also public transportation options in Sosúa to take you to various towns such as Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Santiago, and many other places as well.

I had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it comfortable throughout my visit.The host was extremely helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. The villa was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping was well done and offered privacy from neighboring villas.The gated community itself is very secure with lots of cameras and visible armed guards. We never felt unsafe.The only minor complaints that we have are that the community is not suitable for walking to the city center or grocery store. A car is needed, which we had. Also, the jacuzzi was not operational initially. We needed assistance from the local staff. The tile inside of the jacuzzi is badly in need of repair.Aside from those issues, this was a really nice property overall.

great location, the house is not in great shape

The location is great, close to the beach and shopping centers. But the pool looked dirty and outdated, the outside lights were not working, TV, very outdated, no music

Hi Jordania, I’m sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. The pool is in the middle of being painted and retiled. But the rain interrupted the work before you arrived. I was not aware of the lights not working. It could have been a simple fix, if I was made aware of it I could have sent someone to replace the bulb(s). I will investigate purchasing a new television. I really appreciate your feedback on the age of the television. The technology has improved quite a bit, over the past few years. I regret that you missed the Bluetooth 3 foot speaker that was about 5 inches from the TV. That speaker and the subwoofer gives excellent sound. I will make an effort to communicate this better in the future. We really do appreciate you choosing to stay at our home away from home. And we will handle the repairs and upgrades quickly. Beautiful home

Amazing stay from start to finish. House is very clean and beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Housekeeping was very nice and kept the place clean. Hired Eliana personal chef! She is amazing and the food is great! Security always on duty. I will be staying here again!

The villa was beautiful and the staff from housekeeping to check in were competent friendly and helpful. Tati our housekeeper/ chef did a great job and my group as a whole did not need to contact the manager because things were so well laid out. Our DR experience was great and this was key to that experience. Already looking forward to a return next yr.

The property is laid back for quiet times. You will not find a more tranquil spot. The staff and owners respond to your request right of way. Not a better way to wake up in the morning to the sunrise swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi enjoying the ocean view. The landscaping of the grounds were well maintained. Great stay

The property owner (Eli) & the property manager was great to work. Communication was top notch and was helpful whenever there was a need for anything. My friends and I had a great time. The property was beautiful, clean, quiet, and was in the middle of everything. Sosua beach is 5 minutes from the property, bars & lounges are within walking distance. The property grounds are very safe with security everywhere. We will definitely make another visit and will be staying at the same property.

Completely wonderful property. Clean and safe. Staff was amazing. Host fantastic. Check in was seamless and ready when we arrived. Will go again.
