We really enjoyed our stay the house was roomy for 7 adults. Well equipped for the beach and very clean. I did have to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels

The views from the entire upstairs was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The secret path down to the private beach was amazing. The rooms were very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room were awesome. The only minor complaint is that the air conditioning is only really in the main upstairs living room. The bedrooms were a little warm for us. The owners were amazing and checked in on us several times.

Our family of 10 adults really enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained and furnished home. House description and photos accurate plus location was great in a quiet part of Princeville. View of ocean was amazing and also had a nice private beach nearby, but it did take a little bit of effort to walk to especially after the rain. Kitchen well-equipped if planning to cook at home. An added nice touch was there were plenty of books, games and puzzles. Communication was very responsive and detailed from beginning to end. We would definitely consider staying again.

The house was everything it said it was. Very comfortable plenty of room for big families to have thier own space. The view from upstairs is beautiful and hearing the waves at night was a delight.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay. We were a family of 7 and occupied each 5 rooms. The view from the house is amazing and relaxing. The location to the Princeville Shopping Center and golf made it so convenient. I can't tell you how many shaved ice and Lambert Ice Creams my family had! Unfortunately, we had a rainy week so we were not able to hike down to Sealodge Beach. However, it was such an easy drive to Anini and Hanalei. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home in Princeville! Listing was exactly as described and we had a great visit with a group of 10! We loved the albatross nesting across the street - my kids looked for it every morning and waved :)The hike to the beach is truly a hike. It’s a very rainy/muddy part of the island and the trail is quite slippery. Takes about 15 minutes - longer if you have cautious hikers or children like we did. A few older members of our group were unable to make it down and turned around halfway. Those of us that did make it loved snorkeling and exploring the rocks! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!A Napali coast boat tour (recommend the Napali Navigator with Captain Greg), tubing with Backcountry Kauai and driving the viewpoints of Waimea canyon were all highlights. Kauai was everyone’s favorite island!! (We visited all 4 main islands)

The house was beautiful and had a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you could want for meal prep., etc. There were so many beaches right around this property and we were able to visit most of them easily. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and we saw many albatross with babies. The entire trip was perfect and we will definitely be back.!

Great stay in Princeville

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is wonderful! The walk to secret beach from the backyard is amazing. The space was plenty big for our group of 10. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and they went out of their way to make our stay extremely pleasant. We would recommend this place in Princeville!

Best Stay in Princeville!

We (Family of 10) spent 4 nights and had the best stay. The house was perfect for us -- plenty of room, very clean, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony was gorgeous! And property manager was so friendly and very accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful property with access to the path to hike to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who even shared their mango fruit from their trees! Excellent location with well stocked kitchen!

Mesmerizing View

Had a wonderful stay at the Albatros, plenty of room, amazing kitchen, great location, everything a family needs, very easy check-in and just a wonderful experience. The view from the upper living room and lanai along with the ocean breeze made this place truly special.
