Just minutes from beautiful Goose Rocks Beach, this spacious condo features a large private balcony and an open-concept living room and kitchen—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living area includes a sectional sofa positioned for optimal viewing of the 55" TV. High-speed Wi-Fi provided.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, desk and chair by the window, and generous closet storage with drawers, shelving, and hangers. The second bedroom features a bunk setup with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top—ideal for families. The unit includes a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, plus a convenient half bath off the kitchen area. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Linens and bath towels are included.

Enjoy access to the private resort’s outstanding amenities. Take a short walk to the clubhouse to relax in the heated indoor pool and hot tub, or enjoy the game room with pool tables and ping pong. There is also a fitness room for workouts. Outdoors, you’ll find a seasonal pool surrounded by lounge chairs and tables, along with beach volleyball, basketball, and bocce courts.

A quick 2-minute walk brings you to Goose Rocks Dairy for delicious ice cream. The general store and scenic paths leading to Goose Rocks Beach are just one mile away. For your convenience, four beach chairs, four beach towels, and an umbrella are provided. Daily and weekly beach parking passes can be purchased at the kiosk outside the general store.
