The space
Our modern, mid-century home features a tri-level layout. As you approach the home, you will go up a few stairs to the front door, and use a code-based lock to enter. Upon entering, you will notice 2 levels. Immediately upstairs you will land into an open concept common area including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room ... this is where the fun happens.
Off the dining room, you will see the main slider to access the upper-level deck which hosts a patio furniture set for 6+ and a fire pit with 4 additional seats on the opposite end. In the middle of the deck is the BBQ grill* and your grilling kit is available in the upstairs hall closet. At the end of the deck are stairs going down (these are steep) to the backyard and lower level. The backyard has plenty of space for activity.
Down the hall from the common area, you will notice the 1st, master bathroom on your left which connects to the master bedroom in a Jack-and-Jill style. Continuing down the hall you have 2 bedrooms on the right, both extremely comfortable queen beds, with full closets. These beds have been tested and proven to be a fan fav for each of our guests-all ages!! Across from these 2 bedrooms, you have the main entrance to the master bedroom (featuring the holy grail king bed, a.ka. THE Westin by Marriott Heavenly Bed)! Enjoy the discussion over who's getting that one! The master bedroom includes has direct access to the upper level deck and the cozy fire pit area.
Downstairs, you will find the second full bathroom and a bedroom with a futon and 2 twin bunkbeds, one with a trundle. We understand that some of our guests work while they travel, so please enjoy the 2 standing desks and co-working space featured in the bedroom area. Yet another cozy space with the white brick fire place- enjoy!
Into the garage, you find the laundry area as well as our full home gym! Enjoy the use of the equipment and always be safe, only perform exercises you are absolutely comfortable with and keep young children away from this space at all times.
