Take in the fresh ocean breeze from the cozy screened in porch or soak up the sun by the one of the two community pools, including a zero-entry pool perfect for kids.
The cottage is just a short walk away from the pristine white sand beaches, where you can swim, sunbathe or take leisurely walks along the shoreline.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Empty all trash to dumpster near front entrance of community.
- If used, Wash/dry Guest Beach Towels and colored wash clothes.
- Leave used towels on bathroom floor.
- Leave used beds unmade.
- Lock exterior and interior door to screened-in porch.
- Rinse sand off beach items and return to storage shed. Be sure it is securely locked.
- If used, clean grill and grill tools.
- Turn off all lights, leave ceiling fans ON.
- Close all curtains and blinds. Adjust thermostat to 76 (Spring/Summer) or 68 (Fall/Winter)
- Lock front door by pressing "Lock" button on door keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
