This was the perfect place for my family to stay to visit family local in the area. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for us to live comfortably for a week. It was also super clean and everything was well organized.
We enjoyed the place, especially the pond. My son caught several bass and my granddaughter caught some brim. It was a relaxing stay which was exactly what we needed.
Very clean, private, and nicely accomodated. Stayed here for granddaughter birthday trip to see the Christmas lights at Callaway. Owner was quick to answer questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is AMAZING! The Deckhouse has so much room. We stayed here for my Nephews turning green ceremony. There were 8 of us. The beds were super comfy. The whole house was just a cozy vibe throughout. We would definitely stay here again! Lots of outdoor fun for the kiddos. We saw some deer, lots of turtles, and birds. The screened porch/patio was my favorite place to relax. The Kitchen was fully stocked. Jarod was very communicative and kind. We would definitely stay again!!!!
This was the perfect property for our son's Turning Green Ceremony. It's a quite beautiful property about 25-30 minutes away from anything you'll need. There's a dollar store a few minutes away if you need paper towels, charcoal, trash bags etc .. Highly recommend.
Property was great for our weekend with our son. We’re a large family and the space was great! We had a heat issue and Jarod was very easy to reach and was fast to respond and provide assistance. Very accommodating and friendly host.
We had a great time at the lake house. We came to celebrate our son’s graduation from bootcamp. Our kids played cornhole, kayaked, watched movies on the big tv, played games we found, fished, and enjoyed the outdoors. I was able to make dinners for the crew in the kitchen and we ran to the corner store when we needed to. We definitely would come back.
The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Our kids had a great time by the lake and on the kayaks. The property spans across 3 acres and is set in a very scenic setting. Our Family had a great time.

This home was absolutely perfect to celebrate Thanksgiving with our long distance family. The host was very friendly and resposive. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The view from the deck and property itself was spectacular.
We had a great stay at the deck house. The place was perfect and plenty of room for our group. Sitting on the decks during the morning and afternoon were our favorite. At night we joined in the living room for games. The best room to sleep in is the back bedroom. It is the furthest away from the kitchen and I didn’t hear anything. The property was well maintained. They even had good tissue paper which is a plus.I do recommend arriving before it gets too dark, at least for the first time.Jarod communicated with us before, during and after our stay. We have already talked about coming back.
The house was just what we needed for a long weekend. It was a little dated, but plenty of room for 8 people. It was very quiet, and the view of the lake was nice. The host communicated well & answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well- equipped; however, we did not eat there, except for breakfast & snacks. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were small, but the showers had plenty of pressure. Two issues. One - we had to reset a thermostat - retuned to the house & the temp was 80 degrees. Two - access to the lake was limited due to an overgrowth of vegetation.Overall, a pleasant long weekend in Waverly Hall.
