About this property

Great central location nestled within our family owned & operating tree farm.

Nestled within our family owned & operating tree farm, your family can enjoy beautiful grounds & true country charm while at the same time be centrally located to Maine's top attractions from skiing & whale watching to shopping & universities at the Perch on Battleridge. We're less than three miles from Lake George Regional Park & access to the snowmobile trails is directly across the street. The Perch on Battleridge is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood with barely a house in view but a lot of trees, flowers, snow, and/or hay fields may surround you. Some of your visitors and neighbors may include a family of deer, an occasional swarm of mosquitos, flies/black flies, lady bugs or other such creatures that habitat nature. There are a couple of dairy and horse farms in the area. If you need some milk, a pizza, or some gas the local convenience stores or Duncan Donuts are just a couple of miles away yet many of Maine's major attractions are within a reasonable drive. So just relax, spend some time outdoors, play Boche, have a picnic or a BBQ or just enjoy the space curled up with a good book or playing games. From crock pots and cookie sheets to wine glasses and sippy cups you should find most of what you need to prepare your everyday spread if you planning to cook. There are plenty of linens and things, so you don't need to worry about that either. For those of you with small children, we have a pack-n-play with sheets/blankets and a highchair available too. In the sunroom there are books for all ages and games as well. Whether you enjoy your time watching tv or reading the space you can enjoy. If you're "working from home" there is plenty of desk space and Wi-Fi is also on location. The spacious porch and deck are other great spots to enjoy whether it's sipping a glass of wine or cooking a burger. So, at the end of the day, why not make your reservation so you can come roast some marshmallows around the fire pit and enjoy the evening? It's easy, all you have to do is come visit!

For the overall safety of the property, I want to disclose that a single security camera is located OUTSIDE under the little roof that's above the entry door (into the garage) which is left of the garage doors.
