Enjoy this 2600 sq. foot, 4 BR with 3 bathroom masterpiece of a home with sensational Chesapeake Bay waterfront views - and only a few blocks from Buckroe Beach Park.

With a fully loaded kitchen, living room with a 55" TV, cozy bedrooms, an entertainment room with an 85" TV and a double deck in the backyard - you and your family will have plenty of space for fun and relaxation.

The space
The entire property is yours during your stay to feel just like home. It is fully furnished with new appliances and furniture as well as heating and air conditioning!

Guest access
The exterior door is secured with an electronic keypad. The code will be given to you before your arrival date.

Other things to note
- This is a waterfront property that experiences low tide and high tide. When the tide is low - there will be no water in the stream in the backyard. When the tide is high the water will fill up the stream.

- Although we have a boat ramp on the property - guests cannot bring boats. There is no vehicle access to the ramp at all. Small water sporting items such as kayaks and paddle boards are fine and can be used at your own risk.

- Guests will not have access to the garage and it will be locked during your stay.

- This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house. Any guests that visit will need to only park in those areas.

- I have a Nest security doorbell camera as well as outdoor cameras facing the front and back yards for safety purposes.

- No pets are allowed on the property.
