Wao Villa - Infinity Pool - Seaview - Garden

Wao Villa is the perfect villa for a couple getaway. Nestled high on a hill in Koh Phangan, it offers privacy, calm and pure relaxation. With great views over Koh Phangan Bay, stretching all the way to Koh Samui. This villa is surrounded by a large jungle garden on a 2.7 acres plot. The villa offers a bedroom with king size bed, two shower rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a covered terrace, a private infinity swimming pool, a solarium featuring 2 sunbed and a covered sala (for yoga looking over the sea, meditation, nap outside or those chillout moments that make holidays memorable.).
All rooms and areas let you enjoy the mesmerizing views of Koh Phangan Bay.

The villa is separated into two areas. The first area features the living room for lazy evenings that is open to the outside pool and sunbathing area, with a 53’ flat screen smart TV, 4-person sofa, laptop stand, air conditioning, and a full shower room (shower, sink, WC).

The second area features the kitchen, bedroom, and shower room open to the covered patio in front of the seaview.
The kitchen is fully equipped, to let express your inner chef. With an oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove… and the essential cooking and chinaware, you will be able to cook delicious meals.
The bedroom with king size bed with night lights, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Both large sliding doors open on one side of the garden and on the other side of the bay, giving you the best of mornings in this tropical nest. The bedroom features mosquito nets, and light blinding curtains. A desk area with an electric plug allows you to check on your emails occasionally (After all, it is the holidays!).
Adjacent to the bedroom is an en-suite shower room with a shower, toilet, double sink, and clothing rack. The very large windows bring maximum light here as well and seaview.

The villa is supplied with premium cotton bed linen, face towels, bath towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products. We provide villa cleaning every 4 days (1st day being the day after check-in). The pool is cleaned every three days.

When accessing the villa, you come directly from the back where you can either access the living room, kitchen, or master bedroom at your convenience. A scooter and car parking are located 10 meters from the entrance of the villa.

**Please be informed that the living room sofa is not convertible into a bed, the maximum number to sleep in the villa is 2 occupants. Maximum number of person allowed during daytime : 4 persons**

The guests will have access to all the areas of the villa.

The villa is located high in the mountains, which is why it has superb views over Koh Phangan Bay & tranquility. However, we strongly recommend renting a car (small SUV) or a scooter to access the property and to allow you to explore more freely the superb surroundings of Koh Phangan.

**We require a refundable damage deposit of 10,000 THB. This is a mandatory condition for check in the villa.**
