Lovely little place in a perfect location

Was in the area with my daughter looking to rent her an apartment as she is moving to the big island. We like Waikoloa Villagw so much she rented in a nearby complex right down the road.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-supplied 1 BR condo in Waikoloa Village. The amenities provided were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is nice, check in was horrible, couldn't a response from management company, thought I was going to have to get a hotel room at a resort. Little things were wrong in condo. I come over once a quarter for work, not sure I'll do this again, over priced.

The rental was not ready at 4PM as listed. I had to wait three hours until 7 PM to check in. Unacceptable as this changed all plans for that day. The property manager was not truthful in the reason as I had talked with the cleaners. For a vacation rental this is not what we paid for. All fee should be refunded.
